Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 2020. Providing for the consideration of the conference report accompanying the bill. All points of order against the conference report and against its consideration shall be waived. If the conference report is adopted, a motion that the House insist on its disagreement to the amendment of the Senate numbered 132 shall be considered as having been adopted.
