Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 1905. Upon adoption of this resolution, all points of order against the confernece report accompanying the bill and against its consideration shall be waived. The waiver apply to clause 2 of rule XX, relating to legislation and unauthorized items on a general appropriations bill, specifically amendment Nos. 7, 13, and 14. The waiver shall also apply to clause 3 of rule XXVII, to protect provisions which exceed the scope of differences between the House and Senate, specifically amendment Nos. 1, 12 and 37.
