Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the provisions contained in United Nations Resolution 687 (regarding the inventory and destruction of Iraq's weapons and missiles) and related resolutions which restrict the import of commodities from, and the export of commodities to, the Government of Iraq should remain in full force and effect until such time as the Security Council has determined that such Government has complied with all relevant United Nations resolutions and completed all actions contemplated by the terms of those resolutions.
