Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H. Con. Res. 67 with 1 hour of general debate. The resolution waives all points of order against the conference report and against its consideration. Upon adoption of the resolution, the provisions contained in Section 2 of said resolution, pertaining to compliance with the reconciliation directions of the Congressional Budget office, shall be considered as having been adopted.
