Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States should seek a final and conclusive account of the whereabouts and definitive fate of Raoul Wallenberg.

Acknowledges the cooperation of the Soviet and now Russian authorities in providing records and personal effects of Raoul Wallenberg to his family.

Requests that: (1) the President pursue, through diplomatic discussions with the Government of the Russian Federation, an investigation into the whereabouts and fate of Raoul Wallenberg; and (2) the results of this investigation be made public.
