The bill, as amended, shall be considered as the original bill for the purpose of further amendment under the 5 minute rule. Specified amendments are in order. No further amendment to the bill shall be in order except the amendments specified in the report accompanying this resolution, the en bloc amendments in section 2, and the amendments in section 3 of this resolution.
