Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Historic Preservation Study Act of 1995 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the National Park Service, to study and report to specified congressional committees on sites of the Revolutionary War and War of 1812. Requires the Secretary to research and propose innovative open space and land preservation techniques with respect to such sites.
