Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to convey for consideration the Rolla Ranger District Administrative Site of the Forest Service in Rolla, Phelps County, Missouri, to the city of Rolla, Missouri.
Requires the city of Rolla to convey an historic preservation easement to Missouri with respect to such property. States that related historic resources preservation shall be the responsibility of Missouri and the city of Rolla.
