To amend title 18, United States Code, to permit Federal firearms licensees to conduct firearms business with other such licensees at out-of-State gun shows.

Amends the Federal criminal code to permit a Federal firearms licensee to conduct firearms business with another licensee at a gun show or event without regard to whether the gun show or event is located in the State which is specified on the license.
