Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service and to the extent amounts are provided in appropriations Acts, to provide a grant to the Board of Directors of the George Washington Boyhood Home Foundation upon application by the Board to the Secretary. Permits such grant to be used only for the stabilization, preservation, and interpretation of the architectural and archaeological resources of Ferry Farm, boyhood home of George Washington in Stafford County, Virginia.
Authorizes appropriations.
