Directs the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to convey to Stanislaus County, California, specified lands known as the Crows Landing Facility of NASA Ames Research Center.
Prohibits such conveyance from relieving Federal agencies of environmental remediation responsibilities. Subjects any other remediation of contamination within or related to structures or fixtures on such property to negotiation to the extent permitted by law.
Retains NASA's right to use such property for aviation activities without consideration and on mutually acceptable terms.
Requires NASA to relinquish legislative jurisdiction over the conveyed property to California.
