To require approval of an application for compensation for the death of Wallace B. Sawyer, Jr.

Deems a named individual to have been a Federal employee in performance of his duties at the time of his death for purposes of determining eligibility for compensation for his death. Requires approval of the application filed on behalf of his widow for such compensation.
