False Identification Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal criminal code to reduce the minimum number of documents to three (currently, five) for certain offenses involving fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents.
Sets criminal penalties for knowingly sending through the mails any unverified identification document which bears a birth date purporting to be that of the individual named in the document, showing such individual to be 21 years of age or older, when in fact that individual has not attained age 21.
