Rescinds specified executive branch memorandums, documents, and directive revisions relating to administrative policy and guidelines concerning homosexual conduct in the armed forces.
Directs the Secretaries of Defense and the military departments to reinstate regulations regarding service of homosexuals in the armed forces that were in effect on January 19, 1993. Prohibits the revision of such reinstated regulations except as specifically provided by law enacted after the date of enactment of this Act.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to issue instructions for the resumption of questioning of potential new entrants into the armed forces as to homosexuality.
Repeals an inconsistent provision of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994.
