Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to a named retired U.S. Navy petty officer the amount of retired pay that he would have received for a specified period had he been initially retired in the grade of E-5, second class, rather than the grade of E-4, third class, in which he was mistakenly retired due to administrative error.
