Directs the Secretary of Transportation (or other appropriate official) to expeditiously convey to the Traverse City Public School District, Traverse City, Michigan, all U.S. rights and interest in certain real property and related buildings, structures, and equipment in Traverse City. Provides a reversionary interest if such property ceases to be used by such school district.
