To provide that a manufactured home may be protected during a flood event without affecting eligibility of a community for participation in the national flood insurance program.
National Flood Insurance Program Eligibility Correction Act - States that a community's eligibility for the Federal flood insurance program shall not be affected by the replacement of a mobile home within a specified time on its original site (notwithstanding certain elevation or flood mitigation requirements) after it had been moved to avoid flooding.
