Makes available the proportionate share of the amounts appropriated in satisfaction of the monetary settlement, together with the investment income earned thereon, with respect to the Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska.
Directs that if the Sioux Indian Nation accepts the settlements: (1) all amounts remaining in the fund will be subject to the general terms and conditions applicable to moneys available to the Sioux Indian Nation under such settlement; and (2) thereafter the first clause shall not apply.
