Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey to the Alpine Elementary School District 7 of Arizona specified real property in the Apache National Forest, Arizona, for public school facilities and related public school recreational purposes.
Grants the United States the right to reenter the conveyed property without consideration if the property is not being used in accordance with this Act.
