To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit sports agents from influencing college athletes.
Collegiate Athletics Integrity Act of 1996 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit any sports agent from knowingly influencing (inducing by offering a gift, property, services, or procurement of employment) a college athlete to terminate his or her college eligibility.
