To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for disclosure by the Social Security Administration of Social Security account numbers and other records pursuant to judgments, decrees, or orders issued by courts of competent jurisdiction.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require the Social Security Administration to disclose the social security account number or any other pertinent information maintained by it relating to an individual pursuant to any judgment, decree, or order requiring such a disclosure issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
