Authorizes and directs the Secretaries of Agriculture and the Interior to enter into an exchange with the Weyerhaeuser Company of specified lands, including mineral, oil, and gas interests, in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Provides for the inclusion of such lands in the Ouachita National Forest and the Cossatot National Wildlife Refuge.
