To provide for the conveyance of certain lands and improvements in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania, to a non-profit organization known as the "Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development" to provide a site for economic development.
Hopewell Township Investment Act of 1995 - Requires the Administrator of General Services to convey, without compensation, certain land in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania, to the Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development.
Provides that such land shall revert to the United States if, in the 30-year period beginning on the conveyance date, the land is used for purposes other than economic development.
