To amend the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 and chapter 11 of title 31, United States Code, to require that reports accompanying concurrent resolutions on the budget include analyses, prepared after consultation with the Congressional Budget Office, of generational accounting information and that Presidents' annual budget submissions include generational accounting information.
Children's Right to Know Act of 1996 - Amends the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to direct that the report accompanying the concurrent resolution on the budget include an analysis, prepared after consultation with the Congressional Budget Office Director, of the generational accounting consequences of the concurrent resolution.
