Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey to Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, Tacoma, Washington, all U.S. rights and interests to a parcel of real property at Fort Lewis, Washington, known as an unimproved portion of Tract 1000 and Tract 26E in exchange for specified land located adjacent to Fort Lewis and other acceptable consideration.
