To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide that the rate of tax on liquified natural gas shall be equivalent to the rate of tax on compressed natural gas.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to set the rate of the excise tax on liquefied natural gas at 4.3 cents per gallon (rather than, as under current law, at the rate of tax on gasoline).
