Jimmy Ryce Missing Children Poster Act - Directs the head of each Federal agency to designate space for the display of posters of missing children in each Federal building the agency owns or leases.
Requires specified officials and entities to take actions to enforce such requirement's applicability to Federal buildings owned or leased for use by the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of the Federal Government, or by the U.S. Postal Service, or located within a unit of the National Park Service.
