To provide for the modification of the reversionary interest retained by the United States as part of the conveyance of certain real property to Lawrence County, Ohio.

Modifies the reversionary interest retained by the United States as part of the conveyance of certain real property in Lawrence County, Ohio, to permit using such property for the operation of a senior center in addition to public park and recreational uses.

Makes such modification effective on January 1, 1997.
