Title I: North Platte National Wildlife Refuge - Terminates the secondary jurisdiction of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service over specified land at the North Platte National Wildlife Refuge in Nebraska. Revokes Executive Order Number 2446, dated August 21, 1916, with respect to the lands.
Title II: Pettaquamscutt Cove National Wildlife Refuge - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the Foddering Farm Acres in Rhode Island for addition to the Pettaquamscutt Cove National Wildlife Refuge. Revises the boundaries of the Refuge to include such Area. Provides for future expansion and adjustment of the boundaries of the Refuge through acquisition of lands, waters, and interests therein. Authorizes appropriations.
