Requires each Member of Congress to keep a publicly available record of each visit by a lobbyist registered under the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act, including the individual's name and affiliation and the subject of the visit. Requires the record to be transmitted to the Clerk of the House of Representatives at the end of each calendar quarter.
