Requires the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) to sell at fair market value a specified parcel of Federal real property located at 501 First Street, S.E. in the District of Columbia under: (1) terms to ensure that a portion of such property will be used and maintained for child day care purposes; and (2) such additional terms as the AOC determines necessary to protect U.S. interests.
