To enable processors of popcorn to develop, finance, and carry out a nationally coordinated program for popcorn promotion, research, consumer information, and industry information, and for other purposes.
Popcorn Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to issue an order to finance and implement a program of popcorn research, promotion, market development, and consumer information. Requires: (1) such order to establish a Popcorn Board; and (2) producer referenda.
Authorizes appropriations.
