To create a Creative Revenues Commission, to facilitate the reform of the Federal tax system, and for other purposes.
Creative Revenues Act of 1995 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to implement all revenue raising measures which are recommended by the Creative Revenues Commission (established by this Act) and may be implemented by the Secretary as regulatory reforms. Directs that information concerning implementation of such measures be disseminated to the public. Establishes the Secretary of the Treasury's Creative Revenues Commission. Establishes the Department of the Treasury Revenue Reform Account to be administered by the Secretary as a single account. Authorizes the Secretary to use the funds in such account only for the purposes of implementing revenue raising measures.
