National Park Service Professionalization Act - Amends the National Park Service Organic Act to require the Director of the National Park Service to be appointed by the President (currently, by the Secretary of the Interior), by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, for a five-year term and permits appointment for one additional three-year term. Allows the President to remove the Director only for cause. Requires the Director to have substantial experience and demonstrated competence in Federal park management and natural or cultural resource conservation.
