To establish a commission to study the question of adding the Niagara River Gorge to the Wild and Scenic River System.
Niagara Gorge Wild and Scenic River Study Act - Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate the Niagara Gorge, New York, for potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system. Requires a study of and report on the Niagara Gorge by a specified deadline.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to implement a Niagara Gorge Study Process, which shall commence immediately and terminate upon completion of the study required by this Act, or upon publication of management alternatives should the Gorge be included in the wild and scenic rivers system, whichever occurs later.
Authorizes appropriations.
