To expand the boundary of the Manti-La Sal National Forest, and for other purposes.
Manti-La Sal National Forest Boundary Adjustment Act of 1995 - Modifies the boundary of the Manti-La Sal National Forest in Utah to include specified lands. Transfers the Bureau of Land Management's administrative jurisdiction over such lands to the Secretary of Agriculture to be added to, and administered as part of, the Forest, subject to specified existing rights and land use authorizations.
