Requires the Secretary of Transportation to provide for a demonstration project that establishes a highway corridor, to be known as the Camino Real Corridor, from Chihuahua, Mexico, through El Paso, Texas, to Denver, Colorado.
Establishes the Camino Real Corridor Commission.
Authorizes appropriations.
