To modify the Suwannee River navigation project, Florida, to authorize dredging of the McGriff Pass instead of the East and Alligator Passes.

Amends Federal law making appropriations to improve the Suwannee River, Florida, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to dredge the McGriff Pass instead of the East Pass and Alligator (West) Pass in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to the dredging of the East and Alligator Passes.
