To amend certain provisions of title 5, United States Code, relating to the age and service requirements for entitlement to an immediate annuity under the Civil Service Retirement System or the Federal Employees' Retirement System, and for other purposes.
Federal Retirement Reform Act - Amends Federal law to revise age and service requirements for entitlement to an immediate annuity as well as deferred retirement (and deferred annuities) for Federal employees under the Civil Service and the Federal Employees' Retirement Systems, and for Members of Congress.
