To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide an additional aggravating factor for death penalty cases.
Death Penalty Clarification Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal criminal code to add intentionally killing or attempting to kill more than one person in a single criminal episode as an aggravating factor to be considered in determining whether a sentence of death is justified for a homicide.
