Makes certain corrections to title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act with respect to payments for physician services in the Medicaid program to children and pregnant women to allow physician reimbursement for: (1) certified osteopathic physician services; (2) services by a physician certified by the State in accordance with policies of the Secretary of Health and Human Services; and (3) services delivered in the emergency department of a hospital participating in Medicaid.
