Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend nondiscriminatory treatment (most-favored-nation treatment) to the products of Cambodia.
Requires the President to report to the Congress within 18 months on the trade relations between the United States and Cambodia pursuant to the trade agreement described in this Act.
