Modoc National Forest Boundary Adjustment Act - Modifies the boundary of the Modoc National Forest to include and encompass specified lands owned by the Bank of California, N.A. Trustee.
Considers the boundary of the Forest, as modified by this Act, to be that boundary as of January 1, 1965, for purposes of Land and Water Conservation Fund provisions.
