To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to the dissemination of indecent material on cable television.
Family Viewing Cable Television Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal criminal code to impose a fine and up to two years' imprisonment on any person who knowingly disseminates any indecent material on any channel provided to all subscribers as part of a basic cable television package.
