To provide for the transfer of certain excess property at Fort Devens Military Reservation to the Secretary of the Interior for inclusion in the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge, and for the conveyance of a parcel of property at such military reservation to the Town of Lancaster, Massachusetts.
Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act - Transfers a specified portion of the Fort Devens Military Reservation, Massachusetts, to the Secretary of the Interior for addition to the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to convey to Lancaster, Massachusetts, all rights and interest to a portion of such property excluded from the transfer.
Provides that the environmental cleanup responsibilities of the Secretary of Defense and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall not be affected by such transfer and conveyance.
