Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act - Transfers a specified portion of the Fort Devens Military Reservation, Massachusetts, to the Secretary of the Interior for addition to the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge.
Directs the Secretary of Defense to convey to Lancaster, Massachusetts, all rights and interest to a portion of such property excluded from the transfer.
Provides that the environmental cleanup responsibilities of the Secretary of Defense and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall not be affected by such transfer and conveyance.
