Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to suspend the eligibility of any individual student convicted of a drug-related offense (under Federal or State law against possession or sale of a controlled substance) for any grant, loan, or work assistance under title IV (Student Assistance) of such Act, for certain periods determined according to the nature and number of offenses.
