To amend the Solid Waste Disposal Act, and for other purposes.
Landfill Technological Improvement Act of 1995 - Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to provide that nothing shall prohibit usage in hazardous waste landfills of sorbents manufactured from processed organic materials that would not be expected to degrade in an anaerobic environment until the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency issues final regulations concerning anaerobic landfill conditions and the usage of organic sorbents.
