Marion National Aquaculture Research Center Act of 1995 - Amends Federal law to transfer the fish research and experimentation program from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Agriculture.
Designates the Southeastern Fish Cultural Laboratory in Marion, Alabama, as the Marion National Aquaculture Research Center. Transfers the Center from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Agriculture.
