To amend the Clean Air Act to repeal the reformulated gasoline provisions and the provisions relating to work-related vehicle trip reduction, and for other purposes.

Repeals provisions of the Clean Air Act that require: (1) the use of reformulated gasoline in specified nonattainment areas; and (2) State implementation plan revisions for Severe ozone nonattainment areas to require employers to reduce work-related vehicle trips and miles traveled by employees.
