Constitutional Amendment - Requires Members of Congress to receive compensation for their services or to be reimbursed for expenses incurred with respect to such services only from the treasury of the State which they represent in Congress in an amount to be determined by an act of the State's legislature.
Prohibits a Member of Congress from being provided any pension from the Treasury for any service in Congress after the effective date of this amendment.
